hello, i'm facing issue not understand, maybe explain me what's point.... i have been given company laptop work @ home. has been configured support, directaccess connectivity enabled. added (being offline) local administrator account install software products. next day, plugged online, , understand local administrator user no longer administrator. thought first because of directaccess connectivity. tried use again local administrator account offline, did not recover local administrator right. i tried in end add local administrator account being offline, did not work because not able recover local admin rights. i first understand issue, understand mechanism in use here, because not understand. thought when connect computer domain account, gpos pushed , remove user local administrator.is possible? other thing? thank :) i don't know if caused gpos it's likely. 1 configure gpo manage local group memberships. settings called "restricted groups"....

hi everyone, i have client having connection problems ts remote apps on win2k8 (x32 non r2). when doesn't use app around 10 minutes, connection seems lost , when activates app seems hang. when waits between 10 , 20 seconds after clicking on remote app computer re-establishes connection without asking login credentials , can continue working left of. customer (understandably) annoyed needs wait around 30 seconds app unfreeze (figure out it's lost connection) and reconnect. when app in use there no problems. it word 2013 64 bit, win 7 64 bit. i unable change strings in word fields    "title"  "keywords"   "comments"     rest of text added saved. one other symptom when opened word, file tab / open  file not show recent file. but file tab / info  did show file info while file open. the template used create word doc  (a macro enabled doc)  had strings in each field.   when did save filenamewhatever.  the field put in header ( file name path ) worked. when later went change keywords doc, put mouse in field in doc, popped "keywords" , outlined box of keywords, erased them , enter wanted tags. clicked save did not save change. i figured goofed , should have gone "save as" dialog noticed along spot file name , drop-down control pick format save file as, had box author, title, tags , comments. so deleted value in boxes, entered wanted, clicked on save.  went...
