Active Directory User need local administrator permission

hello all,

i have windows 2008 r2 environment. have use active directory 2008 r2.

some active directory user support need local administrator privilege users need restriction of remote desktop.

i have found suggestion blog. unfortunately not worked.

please suggest me issue.

you going want use restricted groups.
