Gateway connection problems
when using mac air @ home accesses internet when attempting access cloud service following failure message: gateway failed connect message 500 (the connection reset peer).
this happens @ home router access internet. advice gratefully received driving me nuts.

does computer can access cloud services?
if work computer, please check following on lapnbsp;
- firewall
- blocks or incorrect routing settings.
- check port approached him right
if not work computer, please check following:
- settings blocking server / cloud remote access.
- firewall setting.
- routing settings.
- port settings.
- identification settings
