Anyway to restrict AD users for not using sybmol on a folder name

this should funny or tough question not sure 1 right looking way see if ad admin can disable users ability not putting symbol of form #$%^&^ while creating folder on side ? appreciated.

as far know, there no such way limit users naming folder #$%^&^. these special characters allowed according naming rules windows, please see more details from:

however, run script via scheduled task folders including these characters, delete character folder name.
