Connection stability problem TS Remote app on Win2k8
hi everyone,
i have client having connection problems ts remote apps on win2k8 (x32 non r2). when doesn't use app around 10 minutes, connection seems lost , when activates app seems hang. when waits between 10 , 20 seconds after clicking on remote app computer re-establishes connection without asking login credentials , can continue working left of. customer (understandably) annoyed needs wait around 30 seconds app unfreeze (figure out it's lost connection) and reconnect. when app in use there no problems. 'full' remote desktop connection doesn't seem suffer problem.
i've searched forums , tried disable screensaver, didn't help. server not member of or hosting active directory.

okay, these settings correct. when @ such user sessions rd manager, go disconnected state? since server not member of domain, may want check local policy , rdp client settings (experience tab - reconncet if connection dropped)
