Server 2003 User Account Creation and Last Login Information?

with windows server 2003, there way determine:

1). date particular user account created?

2). last date/time particular user logged sbs 2003 server?

we have virus problem creating bogus users admin rights, why need know above information. i'm not sure how/where find it.

you can use dsquery (on the dc) to retrieve whencreated attribute object. example, user "pre-windows 2000 logon" name "jsmith":

dsquery * -filter "(samaccountname=jsmith)" -attr whencreated

if have 1 dc, can last logon net user:

net user jsmith

if have more 1 dc, need run command on every dc , determine latest date.
