hi, i've installed evaluation copy of scvmm2008 r2 on windows 2008 r2 sp1.  every time try create or p2v virutal machine same error: vmm cannot complete hyper-v operation on hyper-v4 server because of error: 'the system failed mount 'd:\virtual machines\temp\temp_disk_1.vhd'. error code: required privilege not held client. suddenly, windows server 2008 r2 doesn't boot properly. boot system recovery. can't access safe mode. tried suggestions in forum , don't work. the drive still accessible , have backup-ed of files. however, files encrypted efs , realize didn't backup efs certificate. in command console, tried use runas execute cipher /x , return "1 060: specified service not exist installed service."
