Track Changes in a Team of users

hello!

 i work @ large firm of solicitors , 1 team in particular want use track changes in team environment. basically, want able use word 1 user, track changes 1 colour when whomever work on particular document. instance, when large document comes in them work on first time, want first colour them red , when document sent client, , edited said client, want next round of changes blue. now, understand word automatically dependent on reviewer , date of edits. asking is, if there way allocate colour reviewer of document , stay that? i.e changes make on 3rd round of changes document still appear red , not green?

i have changed username same on each of these user's word installations, colours change. have author selected in advanced option screen in track changes , have tried other options, nothing seems offer want want.

does have ideas? or asking track changes work in way never intended?

unfortunately, can't assign specific color specific reviewer. if let word assign different colors different reviewers, colors assigned more or less @ random.
