Best practices for managing collection of SCCM


hi all, took on handling handling sccm 2012r2 , find it's not organised in way side been handling sccm.

i find following gaps :

- servers deployed , not added sccm

- sccm agent install on servers , not in right collection

- no visibility if patches have been installed successfully

i'm looking powershell close these gaps. want find out how manage sccm in organisations on 2000 vms ?

first advice, should ask 1 specific question here, not mix of questions.

if deployed sccm , run active directory discover normalyy see clients under systems.

if have installed sccm agents , have forces hardware inventory able create collection queries (dynamic) , automatically clients show in collection.
