hello there, i newbie forums please bear me , if need more info, let me know! was wondering if perhaps give me thoughts on following: currently our company operating using 2 domains, lets call these domains domain x , domain y! now domain x old (pretty messed , barely working domain) ,  domain y newly formed structured server 2008 domain. both domains live separate in own ip ranges , in fact on own separate switches. i trying determine best process migrate old domain new 1 , after time switch off old domain. when comes workstations, have been able migrate them 1 other relatively no hassles. the biggest problem have on domain x (the old one) have 2 virtual servers house development virtual machines used sharepoint deployments , told these virtual machines cannot migrated new domain.. apparently mean sharepoint needs re-installed each vm , take ridiculous amount of time, let alone dns complications etc. so long story short realize need create 2 way trust between...
