Insert identifiers in AutoText snippet. Microsoft word

i have define autotext blocks no problem. need insert sort of identifier** along autotext block.

** identifier mean: number or letter preferably static text, unique document. example current time work. 

example usage:

• i insert table autotext feature
• the first row of table has identifier unique document , static (wont update)

it wonderful avoid macros. if macro way how can inserted in autotext snippet?
