Joining Mac (ElCapitan) workstations to domain not working with user who has 'Add computers to domain' role assigned


hello,

we in process of adding our campus mac labs (running elcapitan) our 2012r2 domain authentication , print management.  the group domain-computer-adds can add windows workstations without issue same group cannot add mac computers nor delete them domain; when domain admin adds mac there no issue.

the group has 'add computers domain' role plus delegated permissions create/delete child objects including full control within computers ou.  i following error when attempting join member of group:  

"authentication server encountered error while attempting requested operation."

my question is: need domain admin add mac workstations domain, or there additional permissions need assign group?

if case, suggest create specific account in domain admin, , used add mac (elcapitan) workstations domain, remove group keep security. , need guys control it.
