Deploying a PowerShell Script

i'm not sure if powershell question of here might've come across similar issue before. i've created gui based script compiled .exe uses other scripts (.ps1) in subfolders , invokes winscp portable sftp transfer. need able distribute standalone executable (setup.exe) , if use .msi file it'll add registry don't want.

is there other way of going people have seen before? i.e. transferring files , folders off site , extracting whilst preserving directory structure?

that worked me using 7zip self extractor work knocked asking alternative. if can't find alternative i'll have so.

winzip, pkzip

custom msi not add registry (it can optioned)
