user action
if first occurrence of event specified computer , account, may transient issue doesn't require action @ time. otherwise, following steps may taken resolve problem:
if '$' legitimate machine account computer '', '' should rejoined domain.
if '$' legitimate interdomain trust account, trust should recreated.
otherwise, assuming '$' not legitimate account, following action should taken on '':
if '' domain controller, trust associated '$' should deleted.
if '' not domain controller, should disjoined domain.
windows server 2003 sp2 domain controllers reporting hand full of following errors:
the problem scenario none of computers searchable within active directory. i'm running oldcmp scripts joeware , not locating of systems listed in events. can refresh memory on ways locate , remove these systems within active directory? i'm thinking there has option besides metadata cleanup.
any responses appreciated.
it's typical problem secure channel between clients , dcs broken. have dijoin , rejoin computer domain. no other option.
