User file redirection problems with PST and MDB files

the windows server 2008 standard server set user file redirection. incorrect procedure followed after domain user created follows:
copy document files peer peer directory server user file redirection document folder. procedure ok if there not
pst , mdb file. there , generated pst , mdb files can not synchronized. moved pst , mdb files out of server user file redirection document folder. made things worst. message pst , mdb files can not found , find windows server 2008 has created hidden recycler folder. example, 1 computer had file d1b.mdb. moved d1b.mdb out. (it appeared file created no useful purpose). now after logout , during synchronizaton, procedure halts message windows server 2008 looking d@b.mdb file.
i tried move d1b.mdb , delete again. made things worst. have windows server 2008 looking file.

i know.
1. there other files can not redirected.
2. correct way deal pst , mdb files avoid creating sychronization problems
3. have sychronization problems, how rid of messages , recycler folder.

thanks

what describe has nothing folder redirection per se - it's offline files, not mandatory (and fraught peril - avoid 'feature' plague).  it's on default, can turn off. why use offline files on desktops anyway? users should accessing files server. laptop users can use offline files, there other options (synctoy, etc) allow them take data them.  disable offline files via gpo can disable in share properties on server well.

can hack offline files work these file types, note officially unsupported access pst file across lan/wan anyway (for reasons). if don't have exchange, it  - have hosted externally variety of companies.

lanwench [mvp - exchange] ** not fold, spindle or mutilate. fill in box , erase stray marks. use #2 pencil.
