How to manage Hyper-V Server R2 to make Backups of the VMs and other tasks?

how can manage backups in hyper-v r2? r2 have powershell v1 installed need machine ?
how can backup of vms? schedule scripts? using vbs? using ps1? ps2?

you can use powershell scripts  to make backups of running virtual machines.

     note:
     example script above stores virtual machines in f:\backup.
   
also wbadmin.exe can used performing system state backups.
system state backups can used rebuild hyper-v server catastophic event.
