Virtual network printer

i'm working in virtual lab , need test network printing applications without access physical printer.  i'd simulate network printer making ms office document image writer network printer, not have options this.   wondering if has been able simulate network printer?

create local port name nul

the nul port pipe data nothing.  1 nul port per machine unless write port monitor can same system nul value.

add printer using driver , set port nul.  when client application makes connection , prints, data run through spooler process , job gets "printed" without need paper in device.
