[SOLVED] Interrupted WUA Downloads & WUA Installs

is there documentation covers happens when:

• a machine disconnected while downloading updates wsus server?
  • scenario: user on wifi & while wua downloading in background, walk away ap , remain disconnected until shutdown/reboot.
• a machine restarted while downloading updates wsus server?
  • scenario: user reboots machine (for whatever reason) while wua downloading in background.
• a machine restarted during installation of update [downloaded wsus server]?
  • scenario: user reboots machine because "it slow" during installation of patch installed wua (like sp1 instance).

note: above when 'during installation' mean prior point been installed. 

again: can find documentation give peace of mind that...

1. wua/wsus 'smart enough' resume/restart download, or otherwise validate integrity of downloaded file, and
2. a user won't break machine rebooting during installation of service pack or ie9, or other update, because felt slow.

the windows update agent runs on each client computer , checks availability of updates. updates can downloaded windows update/microsoft update (wu/mu) service publicly available microsoft or a windows update server running windows server update services (wsus) on corporate network, based on alerts provided windows update agent. 

windows update agent update detection designed check updates , install them on daily basis. windows update agent can configured detect , install updates automatically or can set detect updates , manually install them.windows update agent detects updates every day @ user configured scheduled time or @ 3:00 a.m. default , installs them if automatic updates turned on.
