Slow response fixed by DC reboot

we have small domain 20 local users, 1 sql server (sql server 2008 r2 on windows server 2008 standard) , 2 domain controllers running windows server 2008 standard sp1). both act file servers there not lot of file activity.

the sql server hosts company database. 30 gig in size. 12 of network users heavy database users. activity order entry , invoicing. database involved merge replication 120 subscribers. half of local interaction erp system written in ms access front end code modules using odbc connect sql server database. rest of interaction uses dot net front end , efficient stored procedures on server.

all local users have windows 7 pcs modern nic cards. have high quality switch workstations connected through cabling.

normally, network runs smoothly response times. network issue facing system response become very slow when entering or accessing data on sql server. other network activity not seem affected. there no large files being copied across network  , no heavy internet use. continue slow until reboot domain controller.

the sql server not show abnormal activity before, during, or after slowdown. no long running queries, blocking, locking issues. nothing can see using traces either.

my question is: causing slowdown respond reboot of domain controller?

hello,

if read ipconfig correct sql server has teamed nic. have remove team testing , how teaming configured, load balance or failover?

the rest ipconfigs looks fine for the domain setup, add on dcs loopback ip address 127.0.0.1 3rd entry list of dns servers.
