KB3054846 not needed/applicable?

hi everyone

update kb3054846 (see https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3054846) should available office 2010 sp2 far know, however, both wsus , microsoft update not needed on of our windows 7 32-bit pcs. our patch management solution on other hand indicates update missing , should installed. false-positive not sure. else seeing or have explanation this?

there similar case while ago (https://social.technet.microsoft.com/forums/windows/en-us/1a76d55e-dfad-4cdd-b90f-0ad54165b7ee/kb2881073-not-applicable?forum=winserverwsus) update turned out applicable office 2010 on server 2003. cannot find such information kb3054846 though. understand why wsus or microsoft update don't offer update , appreciate advice. thank you.

the article says patch updates ogl.dll. have checked file present on systems?

on office 2010 sp2 install it's not, suppose it´s presence depends on extensions/options have enabled in office 2010 install.
