Disk goes offline following a server reboot


hi all,

in test server, disk goes offline after server reboot. came without issue, if select disk , make online.

i want know resolution , root cause issue.

server configurations:

os: windows server 2008 r2

platform: vmware , disks presented san.

may ask san connect directly vm? or connect host , allocate vm?
