How to create a failover: 2003 Enterprise server - IIS 6.0 - IPv6

can tell me step-by-step or point me resource can walk me through setting failover website.

here trying accomplish:

(1) if , when server 1 goes down webpage 1 located; redirct server 2 , land on backup copy have created.

(2) want redirect 1 server another, only, in event primary server goes down

(3) when server want automatically redirect main server again.

**** based on research possible , found documentation here:
