Account Lockout issue


hello, 

user facing account lockout continuous issue, have checked account getting lockout using account lock out status tool , pointing out laptop have done clear cache / save password , map network drive still user facing account lock out issue.

please advise.

how going? few more items check here:
 
1. mapped network drives
2. logon scripts map network drives
3. runas shortcuts
4. applications / web applications/ tools sync active directory authentication
 
if still no joy, might want enable auditing @ domain level following events:
  
 account logon events – failure
 account management – success
 logon events – failure
 
also, configure computers capture data enabling netlogon/kerberos logging, analyze data security event log files , netlogon log files, might determine lockouts occurring , why.
 
example, in event 4625, "caller process name:" field identify program executable processed logon, show source of account lockout.
