How do I use Powershell to issue Telnet commands (Windows Server 2012/R2?


i have windows 2012 r2 server running game kids , friends. game supports telnet admin stuff shutdown, etc.

the game buggy , needs restarted every 3 6 hours , schedule using powershell script on server. 

what today:

1. start putty on remote machine.

2. connect server ip, port

3. prompted password (no username).  enter password

4. issue list player command see on more of fyi capture info log file.

5. issue command "server restarting shortly". wait few minutes

6. issue "shutdown" command cause server shutdown , restart , kills telnet session.

7. few minutes later reconnect make sure up.

i mobile app or surface , have powershell script on server running.
