2 IPs, i need resolve localy name to only one IP.

we have server 2012 (server1) 2 network cards, each with an ip. example:

ip1 - 10.1.1.50

ip2 - 192.168.10.50

i need server it resolves itself localy ip. config host file ip need.

192.168.10.50       server1

but when launch ping server1 resolve 10.1.1.50. when disable nic appears ip that need 192.168.10.50.

i flush cache.

says host file first option. if not working, looking resolve ?

this server host aplication. app needs locate server hostname, , hostname must match 1 of 2 ip.

i'vesolved configuring metric in tcp/ip options, lowest value have priority.
