VM Failed Started

i cannot run vm on hyper-v server 2008. show error:

virtual machine not started because hypervisor not running.  following actions may resolve problem:

1) verify processor of physical computer has supported version of hardware-assisted virtualization.

2) verify hardware-assisted virtualization , hardware-assisted data execution protection enabled in bios of physical computer.  (if edit bios enable either setting, must turn off power physical computer , turn on.  resetting physical computer not sufficient.)

3) if have made changes boot configuration data store, review these changes ensure hypervisor configured launch automatically

i reviewed bios , have enable:

• core multi-proccesing
• intel virtualization technology
• intel vt-d feature

could ypu me?

did verify data execution prevention enabled in bios (this can have different names depending on vendor, see requirements section of http://support.microsoft.com/kb/912923/en-us)?
