Server 2008 My Documents Redirection
hi,
to verify gpo applied, please check following items:
1. on client, right click documents , select properties. please check if target folder location. redirection path?
2. did issue start after migrating windows server 2008?
3. please enable "always wait network @ computer startup , logon" policy on xp client. more information, please refer following article:

after enable "always wait network @ computer startup , logon" policy on xp client, please run gpupdate /force , re-logon check if problem continues.
if problem continues, please collect following information:
1. please enable userenv debug log on same computer. userenv debug log record whole procedure of applying group policy , useful troubleshooting group policy problems. may refer following kb detailed steps:

note: if registry userenvdebuglevel not exist, please create it. please set 10002 (hex). after enable log, please reboot computer , logon problematic domain user reproduce issue. after issue reproduced, please upload userenv.log file windows live skydrive , give download address.
2. after issue reproduced, open command prompt on xp client. type following command , run it:
gpresult /v >c:\gpresult.txt
a gpresult.txt file created in c:\ drive. please use windows live skydrive (http://www.skydrive.live.com/) upload c:\gpresult.txt file , give download address.
3. run eventvwr open event viewer. export application log. then, please upload windows live skydrive , give download address.
4. on dc, open gpmc, right-click group policy results, choose group policy results wizard, follow wizard collect group policy result problematic xp client , user. may need disable xp firewall temporarily collect information. please upload gpmc report windows live skydrive.
