Can DNS permissions be set from the command line?

i can create , modify ad integrated dns zones , resource records using dnscmd , set permissions gui, can't find way give groups specific access dns zones command line.

is there way this?  make difference whether zone ad-forest, ad-domain or ad-legacy?

i have around 1500 zones need permission changes , don't want them gui!

i'm running windows server 2003r2, i'd happy 2008 r2 solution plan start upgrading soon.
