Windows Server 2012 R2 BPA issue

good day experts,

i have deployed 2 windows server 2012 r2 domain controllers new site. looks i'm busy final configurations includes bpa scans. have resolved 1 or 2 issues far i'm struggling 1 of warnings resolved.

it seems straight forward enough cant information telling me how resolve windows server 2012 r2. link provided bpa not correct, or seems if microsoft has not yet populated actual web link warning information. displays following information:
