Sentinel security key pass through to Hyperv 2012 VM

hi,

i facing massive problem windows 2008 sp1 32bit server virtual machine.

the host running hyper-v 2012 r2 server (the free host no gui) , managed p2v existing physical server running windows 2008 sp1 32bit using disk2vhd.

the physical server has parallel sentinel superpro hardware security key , in hyper-v not believe can pass through parallel ports.

i read can usb.

now virtual machine fires fine, financial application complains cannot detect sentinel key , therefore not run.

i tried emulate dongle using 1 of dongle services websites.

the software runs fine 1 user, not allow me run multi-user.

so have gone web , found there parallel usb adapters, not sure if trick.

i tried contact rainbow technologies (dongle makers) in regards issue, have had no reply far.

has been successful this?

if can give me direction?

if having problems support in physical environment, moving virtual environment may make worse yet.  there many companies did not support product in virtual environment.  need work vendor support on this.  if key work across net, company may not support solution.
