Who's taking up all the memory?

hi,

we're using windows server 2008 64-bit 8gb ram.
shortly after restart, task manager shows 80%-90% of memory consumption. looking @ processes ("show processes users" checked) doesn't explain how 6-7gb are occupied.
the resource monitor shows same data: total memory consumption 80%-90%, there not process takes much.
summing processes gets me ~2gb.

where can find reason memory problem?

thanks,
roee.
