Creating scheduled task to run powershell script

hi all,

been following guide on how create scheduled task run .ps1 script:

when manually run task,in history says success, doesnt work.

the script should create report , send me e-mail.it works fine if run manually in windows powershell or powershell ise.

i cannot see new report have been created either.

anything im missing here?

been using same account run manually , 1 using in task scheduler.

even run worked.

i managed figure out reason, hadd add .exe after powershell.
