On Server 2012. After few hours "No Logon Servers are available..." After longer time: "There is a time difference"
i built out new vm (vm ware) running windows server 2012 r2 standard.
the machine intended service following roles.
windows ad controller
windows server update service contoller
crystal reports 2013 server
radius server
at first seemed when messages "no logon servers available service logon request"
as domain controller there no other login option such local account. reboot of server bring operation normal.
thinking maybe dc processes , crystal reports server processes may have conflict removed domain services new server.
the problem continues. can though log in local admin account when see "no logon servers" message.
disable / enable of nic restores services.
if don't restore services day or so, when try log in see message there time difference between server , domain. (there not) assume message relates long loss of communication dc.
does have suggestion may causing loss of connection. don't see looks alarming in windows event logs. i've checked see if there power setting disabling nic don't see option in server power settings.
