.net framework 3.5 uninstalled and roles unavailable...

hi,

i try install vs2008 sp1
the first step install .net framework 3.5 sp1.
this part failed , says there missing update (the .net 30 sp1).
i try uninstall .net 3.5 , reinstall it. uninstall ok.

but can't reinstall it.
the system says have use add roles option install .net framework, option raise error , don't anything.
so i'm not able install .net 3.5 again on server. (or not able install role or feature anymore)
