Co locate AD DS with exchange CAS and Hub Transport Using NLB?

so i'm planning new servers , i'm trying avoid proliferation of many servers. part of deployment include exchange 2010.

because database availability groups , network load balancing cannot used on same server considering separating out client access & hub transport roles.

my question whether or not server home adds, dhcp & dns safely accomodate cas , hub roles use network load balancing high availability.

note there 2 similar adds servers in scenario , ideally same thing on each one, balancing between them mail stuff.

while can co-host ad ds exchange 2010, not recommended configuration.  also, cannot use nlb on system hosting ad ds, , cannot use nlb on hub transport role in exchange 2010 (ht automatically load balances).

i recommend minimum of 4 servers ha solution exchange 2010 - 2 domain controllers (with global catalog , dns), , 2 exchange servers (unless want split off mbx role, need 2 additional servers).
