Remote Desktop not working

hi team,

  in mess..my problem is- through remot terminal not @ all, able connect our test server running windows 2008 r2 sp1 server standers edition. when ever hiting after typing ip address give error message follows

"remote desktop cant connect remote computer 1 of these reasons

1)remote access server not enabled.

2)the remote computer turned off.

3)the remote computer not available in network.

for reason run cmd netstat -n -o -r , checked port status 3389..it showing connection established external public ip.so reason i uninstalled trend micro antivirus , reinstalled symanted corporate edition.now blocking from getting connection established external ip perticular port no 3389.but prblem still not resolved.

i added role remote desktop services..and configured still not working..

but in other 4 server having, without installing perticular role ,is working , able take rt.

when compared services.msc list of services avialable remote desktop.in serevers.i found in test server 1 sevice not present or missing-ie: remote desktop services feel present in every other server without adding remote desktop services..

please me resolve issue..i dont know start...ur reply appreciated..

yea..actually in services.msc "remote desktop services" service  not running, absent , "rmote desktop services usermode port redirctor service"  is not able make start giving error telling dependent sevice not exit or marked deletion error 1075..

now know..is there way bring deafult missing services , make above mentioned services make working...we tried copying registry values working server faulty server..but complete merge not happening becouse of error giving keys open ,cant merge. , again tried start service through shell command..there showing started..but again not present in services.msc..

so pls give suggestion , other method workout..this issue
