Windows 2008 Task Scheduler

hello,

i have windows 2008 x64 standard server. use perl run scripts , having difficulty run on windows 2008 task scheduler. if execute script command shell, runs fine no errors.

perl binaries located in c:\perl64\bin\perl , script located in d:\scripts\test.pl. in windows 2008 task scheduler, under action 
 
1. selected "start program"
2. in settings, program/script: selected d:\scripts\test.pl

while running task scheduler error "task scheduler completed task "\test all" , instance "{ef308ee3-7d2f-4ac5-97eb-d99f88a86274}" , action "c:\perl64\bin\perl.exe" return code 2.

should add else in "arguments" or "start in" script work.?

it appears though account used run scheduled job domain admin account, need set the job run with highest priviledges task scheduler. once set running fine.
