Changing internal static IP

we have sbs 2003 volunteer ip tech not available.

we have ~15 computers, printers , 1 camera on it.

all assigned static ip's in 10.0.0.## range. computer has been 10.0.0.20 since system first in place july 2005.

recently started getting error massages ip same on system. when checked, had changed 10.0.0.50 - camera. fix says: ""if network uses static ip addresses, available unique ip address network administrator , replace current ip address new one."

my network admin not available. how change computer correct static ip?

i have tried options including netsh, when re-boot comes .50.

any ideas?

start - control panel - network - local area connection - right-click, properties, tcp/ip, change address you're supposed have, ok, ok. close control panel, in worst case, reboot.
