Loss of CSV Connectivity in Failover Cluster

i had issue 1 of hyper-v nodes (let's call node d) in failover cluster fail it's health check , consistently reboot every 30-40 min. logs stated problems netft driver, after led me dcom errors vmms service. tried re-register service, caused service disappear completely. left having uninstall , re-install hyper-v role on node. went without apparent issue, whenever boot node d (and not disable management nic), other nodes (nodes a-e) in cluster lose connectivity csv shared storage , virtual machines cannot reached! when shut down node d, connectivity returns.

i've disabled nics (except management), , removed iscsi connections storage on node d. can't talk storage. on node d causing other nodes lose connectivity? think might failover clustering, node d doing taking storage away other nodes?

the problem not hardware related. after spending time support, determined windows system file missing/corrupt. attempts repair failed, , have rebuild host.
