How do I set specific permissions for a specific subfolder inside numerous subfolders of a parent directory?

hello guys have server 2008 standard installation , i'm having difficulty setting permissions automatically instead of 1 @ time.  work in doctors office , have folder of of our patients.  inside each patient folder several subfolders , need set permission of 1 called attorney, no other folders.  best solution?

you may not able automatic method. mentioned these folders inside diffrent folders, cannot use "inherit" function automatically.

you can try use script cacls command change permission of d:\users\<username>\attorney folders, still need input <username> part.

or if accept, can create new folder such d:\attorney\<username>\attorney, set permission on root folder permissions inherited subfolders automatically, still need create <username> folder, based on "you give same permission these 'attorney' folders".
