Group Policy Update Confirmation

hi all,

server os - window server 2008 r2 standard ( domain controller )

client os - window xp & window 7 ( desktop & laptop )

have implemented group policy including group policy preference on of domain computer via domain controller ( group policy management ).

how should confirm whether group policy updated in client system?

1 way - visit each client pc & run manually gpresult command in command prompt , check whether group policy object showing or not.

second way - in domain controller > go group policy management > group policy results , check whether group policy object has been applied or not. ( in case desktop & laptop must online )

laptop has mobility, comes , goes out of office.

so, there other way, must report automatically of group policy confirmation, laptop comes in office network or third way group policy has been applied acknowledgment workstation ( desktop or laptop )

thanks & regards,
param
