Got about 800 of these errors in a row - WARNING: Failed to evaluate Installed rule, updateId = {}.1, hr = 8004100E

wsus getting stuck on 1 patch (outlook social connector).
however, have these 8004100e on working/updated wsus i'm not sure problem is.

i can tell revision number on updateids these not microsoft updates -- locally published updates, , have defective metadata, resulting in warning.

research collection of locally published updates, find updates these updateids , decline them on wsus server client no longer see them. create new package definitions (with new updateids) , repair defects , republish.
