VM client hijacks internet from another VM
hi,
i'm running 2008 r2 enterprise, have 3 vms (2 server 2008 r2 , 1 server 2003 r2) running nicely. can seen on network, can see internet , can accessed via internet.
i'm trying add 2 more servers same host, 2008 web edition , 2003 r2.
individually each server works fine, if both running @ same time 2003 r2 seems hijack internet connection 2008 web edition.
if 2008 web server running, start 2003 server, after period of time seems vary web server looses it's connection , can connect 2003 server.
this possibly being triggered when try , access website on 2003 r2 server (mscrm 3), i'm not totally sure of yet.
the 2003 server copy of vm running on host, same behavior running on different host these 2 clients.
to 2008 server on line need shutdown 2003 server, restart 2008 server while 2003 server shut down. comes online. disconnecting 2003 server or pausing doesn't help, needs shutdown!
any ideas welcome.

first of all, sure isn't classic ip conflict case?
also, vm's domain joined or workgroup? freshly installed or copied existing vm's or templates. if copied highly reccomend perfrom sysprep on both of them.
