Outlook programmatic security settings

hi,

i have outlook 2010 installed on terminal server 2008 r2. ts having program trying access e-mail addresses , users recieving warning message

" program trying access email addresses have stored in outlook."

i have configured gpo

but users still receiving same warning message.

when check outlook programmatic settings o see below settings.

i followed below threads didnt helped.

of course gpo applies users not gpo settings

now have several questions.

1. of course first question how allow outlook 2010 users send emails program without getting message?

2. gpo settings applied when dont have av recognized outlook 2010?

3. programmatic access can setup manuelly users when there no av descovered outlook?

4. have fep installed on ts. seems av local computers , not application aware. forefront version can installed on terminal server outlook aware per user. (maybe on forum).

this issue because of enhanced security features of outlook 2010.

create following registry key , dword values resolve it:

hkey_current_user\software\policies\microsoft\office\14.0\outlook\security

dword: promptoomsend
value: 2

dword : promptoomaddressinformationaccess

dword: promptoommeetingtaskrequestresponse

according search, don’t find group policy configure “programmatic access security” , think gpo settings have applied.

i’m not familiar outlook configuration, think it’s better ask in outlook forum. tips, can manually configure “programmatic access security” in outlook.
