Add new Active Directory/Domain Controller for testing when on an Existing Domain

hello,

i have concern scenario i'm have, need set local test ad/dc on laptop use few vms (testing tfs):

i have company laptop winsvr08 r2 , hyper-v installed.  laptop member of existing company ad/dc.  install active directory on laptop use test tfs deployment on vms.  have had till single-server test vm, need able setup , test email solutions , other things require ad, etc..  here concerns:

1 - since computer i'm placing ad on 2008 server , on domain, risks of adding ad , how do right?  instance, laptop 08 server os joined company's main domain, don't want mess or have installation mess company's domain, etc.  i'd ad part of laptop's os separate possible.
2 - need add domain controller on new ad machine other tfs vms?  (with same concern in #1 dc)
3 - can same account logon associated current domain computer assigned or should create local user use test ad , vms?

thanks suggestions.

1. can set separate ad forest using vms running on hyper-v host is a domain member of ad forest without negative consequences. isolate vm environment, connect vms private virtual network.

2. assuming setting virtualized test ad forest, need @ least 1 domain controller

3. test ad environment have own set of user/computer/group accounts...
