Copy Files not working

i trying copy 2 files network share location on computers , not creating files.

w2k8 ad server (w2k3 functional level)

pc's xp sp3

this have in policy.

files hide

file (target path: "c:\program files\sentillion\expresso\authenticator")hide

this applied authenticated users , sso shared group (computers). applied ou pc in , gpresult shows applying. replicated ad servers first. not have loopback enabled, because there no user settings in policy. there policy applied ou.

please note destination should c:\program files\sentillion\expresso\authenticator\pna*.bat. need append filename in target path. please check on side.

 

source file: \\svr-san1\software$\programs\sentillion sso\pna*.bat

destination: c:\program files\sentillion\expresso\authenticator\pna*.bat

 

if issue persists, please send event log , gpmc log research.

1. click "start", click “run”, input "eventvwr" , press enter.

2. expand "windows logs" node on left pane, right-click on "application" , click "save events as"; in pop-up window, click choose desktop icon on left frame, input "app" in "file name" blank, , click save.

3. right click on "system", same method, save "sys".

4. locate 2 saved log files on desktop , send them us.

 

2. gpmc log

a. on domain controller, click start -> run, type gpmc.msc, load gpmc console. if gpmc snap-in not installed,

b. right click on "group policy result" , choose wizard generate report problematic computer , user account (please place appropriately). (choose computer , select proper user in wizard)

c. right click  resulting group policy result , click "save report…" => save report save report html file , send me.
