there appears horrible bug affects (remotefx 8.1 behavior in h.264 mode) surface 2 (mstsc) ms terminal services client (for example: surface 2 connect 640x480 windows 8.1 professional windows server 2012 r2) struggle displaying remote content due horrible graphical h.264 decoding errors caused invalid h.264 data sent server component/back-end?
there hotfix in development/available fix h.264 encoding on both windows 8.1 client server 2012 r2 serving remote desktop surface 2 client please? else can done rid of artifacts , make remote desktop content refresh please? information welcome.

as far know, there isn’t any.

i suggest contact microsoft customer support , services more in-depth investigation can done more satisfying explanation , solution issue.

in addition, if issue has been proved system flaw, consulting fee refund.
