Error message on a Windows Server 2003-based computer: "You do not have sufficient access to your computer to connect to the selected printer"

afternoon all,

following these instructions has made no difference: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/259937

all users using terminal services 2003 2000 print server. connecting via citrix.

how ever, when a user tries connect printer following error: "you not have sufficient access computer connect selected printer".

i've checked gpo , relevant local security option has been disabled, per instructions in above article.

any appreciated.

i'd suggest check if user profiles corrupt. test creating new user account. please refer below 2 threads in citrix forum.
