File Share and NTFS Permissions
i'm totally confused on whole file share , ntfs permissioning model in windows 2008 r2.
i looking simple. here folder structure:
- d: drive
- users (root folder)
- bob
- frank
- mary
- users (root folder)
i'd bob have full control, 100% access folder only. should not able access frank or mary's folder.
same applies frank.
mary have 100% access folder , bob , franks (she designed administrator for/on server)
what permission model use set up? i've spent time reading , (or little) tinkering w/different settings. should know off top of head. appreicate comments.
thank in advance.

you use example, not perfec should trick
on share put authenticated users full control.
for ntfs permissions
untick inherited permissions on 3 folders, , click add add them exclusive permissions. delete users (domain\users) entries.
on each folder add user needs permissions.
i.e.
folder - bob .... domain\bob (modify)
folder - bob .... domain\mary (modify)
folder frank .... domain\frank (modify)
folder frank .... domain\mary (modify)
folder mary .... domain\mary (modify)
make sure leave, creator owner , system , administrators or can cause issues backups etc
