Large Format Documents Re-printing

here need confirm on issue:
1. please try print text file these problematic printers. work?
2. third party program or driver update installed before issue occurs?
3. please remove newly added printer , uninstall relevant driver printer server if possible.
meanwhile, please perform following steps troubleshoot issue.
suggestion 1: clear spool file
---------------------------------
open windows explorer, refer c:\windows\system32\spool\printers, , delete of files in folder (do not delete folder itself).
if possible, please disable/uninstall antivirus software on printer server test. reported antivirus software, such macafee, may cause issue. if using printer monitor software, please uninstall them too. please boot clean boot environment test.
suggestion 2: change spooling format

let set spooling format raw, , try print directly printer instead of spooling print job. this:
a. right-click printer using, , click "properties".
b. in advanced tab, click "print processor".
c. set default "data type" "raw" both "winprint" , "modprint".
d. click ok.
e. in advanced tab, select “print directly printer”
f. click ok, , close printers dialog box.
for further troubleshooting, please collect following logs:
1. open printers.
2. on file menu, click server properties, , click advanced tab.
3. select or clear log spooler error events, log spooler warning events, , log spooler information events check box
4. stop , restart spooler service
after that, please collect setup&performance version of mpsreport printer server.
a. download mps report tool following link:
b. after download complete, double-click " mpsrpt_setupperf.exe" file. cab file generated called %computername%_mpsreports.cab. example, if computer name "mycomputer", cab file named "mycomputer_mpsreports.cab".
c. open computer, browse "%systemroot%\mpsreports\setup\logs\cab" folder. can find cab file above , please send me.
